Refund Conditions
A full refund will be issued in the following case
1.If the store is unable to ship the item as ordered, a full refund will be provided without any deductions.
Refund Processing Time
1.For credit card payments, the refund will be returned to the same credit card used. The process takes approximately 15–20 business days, depending on the billing cycle of the customer's card issuer.
2.กรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินผ่านช่องทาง Internet Banking, จะทำการคืนเงินกลับไปยังชื่อและเลขที่บัญชีที่ลูกค้าโอนจ่ายค่าสินค้ามาเท่านั้น ใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 2-3 วันทำการ

Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been completed.
Refund Policy
The store will refund the customer. the following cases
1. The shop cannot deliver products as ordered by customers. Return the full amount without deducting expenses.
Product refund period
1. In the case of customers paying via credit card A refund will be made back to the credit card used by the customer for payment. It takes about 15-20 business days depending on the credit card cutting cycle of the customer's card-issuing bank.
2. In case the customer pays via Internet Banking, the refund will be made back to the name and account number that the customer transferred to pay for the product only. It takes about 2-3 business days.
